Our team has over 25 years of experience project managing in the construction industry, across most disciplines including both concrete and structural steel multistorey residential buildings, high-end London riverside apartments, luxury hotel spas and one-off luxury homes, through to offices and commercial fit-outs.
Our Services
Developer and Self-Build Homes
Saint David Ltd and our specialist subcontractors carry out all elements of new-build homes from ground works, full structure, roofing, cladding, doors and windows, all internal fit-out and finishes to turn-key completion.
We are focused on constructing low-carbon footprint buildings with the latest thermally efficient materials and techniques, we believe in a fabric-first approach to achieving high levels of airtightness and thermal retention before installing the latest renewable energy sources. Using the latest generation of Solar PV panels with adequate battery storage and electric car charging, through to improved air quality ‘comfort-air’ by Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems that regularly replace the internal air with fresh oxygenated air, warmed by recycling 85% of heat produced within the house, and then cooling the incoming air into the house in the warmer months. With MMC – (Modern Methods of Construction) our buildings use minimal energy to run and can be built with sustainable materials, with low maintenance requirements and healthier internal environments.
ICF– Insulated Concrete Formwork by Nudura, industry leader in the manufacturing and supply of ICF – the superior alternative to traditional construction practice. (ICF). Saint David Ltd are one of the only approved builders of Nudura ICF in Berkshire and currently completing a 350m2 luxury eco home build in Wargrave. We have experience in reinforced concrete building, from single and double-storey wrap-around house extensions, new whole-house ICF and riverside apartments. Nudura XR 35 blocks can achieve a U-Value of 0.16/m2K, are made from recycled materials. They can be built in all weather conditions, faster and more efficiently than traditional methods, producing a fully airtight structural envelope in one building step, and creating far less waste during construction. We offer start-to-finish whole-house turnkey solutions to building your project with Nudura ICF, or Structural envelope – package only construction, with or without roof, windows and doors, and cladding included, for your builder to fit out and complete all finishes.

Saint David Ltd can improve greatly the way your home works for you, either individually or for the whole family unit. We can rethink and alter the way your house flows from one area into another, creating multi-use or combined rooms for greater entertaining spaces or for relaxing together, or intimate rooms to escape to, and workspaces. Making structural alterations using concealed steelwork, altered floor levels, new window and/or roof light openings, or bifold and sliding doorways for indoor/outdoor living, introducing more daylight into your living spaces. We can extend the rear and side elevations, either single or multiple-storey to suit your needs and convert garage spaces and outbuildings. Updating and replacing your heating systems with space-saving UFH (water or electric), improved lighting design with energy-saving LED features and controls, to installing renewable energy source systems such as the latest edition Solar PV panels and battery storage for your hot water, electric and car charging.
Refurbishment
Refreshing and updating internal finishes of your home from decorating to installing new kitchens of all styles and bathrooms, or external facades including new cladding, double or triple glazing and bifold/sliding doors to new tiled roofs and landscaping – Saint David Ltd can manage it all for you, with our in-house team and specialist suppliers and contractors.
Bespoke design and manufacture
We can design and make pretty much anything you may need in your home and garden, from contemporary dining tables and built-in furniture, walk-in wardrobes, recessed TV/audio and wall-panelling, beautiful fireplace & stove enclosures, concrete and stone structures and surfaces, to architectural metalwork for designer staircases or structures for anywhere in and outside of the house. We don’t believe in being restricted by what’s in the box – we think outside of it!
